MEET BRAD PUGH

As your real estate agent, my goal is to make the process of buying or selling a home as easy and stress-free as possible. Buying or selling a home is one of the most complex, emotional, and impactful experiences that a person will go through. A home is more than just a shelter or investment. It gives us stability and a sense of place and belonging. I believe in taking the time to get to know each client so I can provide the best service, advice, and guidance possible. As a long-time Boulder and Denver resident, I have the market knowledge and expertise to guide you based on your unique situation. Through effective and timely communication with all parties, I strive to prevent problems and challenges before they arise, ensuring the transaction is as smooth and painless as possible. 

Before becoming a real estate agent, I was the Founder and Co-owner of a high-end painting and restoration company focusing on residential and commercial clients. I successfully grew and operated this company while finishing my undergraduate and graduate degrees until selling my interest in the business in 2010. After earning my MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Denver in 2011, I worked in Financial Services as an analyst and as an operations manager, where I managed a cross functional client service team. 

Born and raised in Ohio, I moved to Colorado in 1999 to attend college and have called the Front Range home ever since. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, and hiking, skiing, and fly fishing in the mountains.
